In addition to this if you do choose an upgraded shipping option this may not mean that your order arrives any quicker but you will have a tracking number to locate where your order is. Also, standard shipping options cannot be tracked - please bare this in mind when placing your order.

How much is shipping?
Jewellery/Pouches/Embroidery Hoops - Royal Mail 2nd Class £1.00, Royal Mail 1st Class £1.50 (UK)
Delivery charges for other countries are calculated at the checkout.
Jewellery and pouches will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. Unless they are custom made.
Embroidery hoops will vary depending on availability/time of year and whether they are a personalised order or not. I aim to have smaller hoops out within 1-2 weeks and any larger/personalised hoops within 2-3 weeks. This may vary but if you need an item for a certain date please state this when you place your order. Any hoops with 'READYMADE' as an option will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
Once an item has been dispatched it will be sent via Royal Mail. Using their website as a guide these are their approximate delivery times but please note in busier periods these are likely to be slightly longer.
UK - Up to 48 hours (Royal Mail 1st Class) 2-4 days (Royal Mail 2nd Class)
Europe - Up to 2 weeks
Rest of the World - Up to 4 weeks

Local Pick Up
If you live in or around the Lowton, Warrington area you can select 'Local Pick Up' as a delivery option. I will send you a message when your order is ready & we can then arrange a collection or for me to hand deliver. Please be aware that if orders are made from further afield who would not be able to make a collection, these orders will be cancelled.
Customs & Tax Charges for International Post
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs or tax charges that may be acquired in your country. If there are any delays due to customs I cannot be held responsible. Please make sure that you check this before you place an order.
