Packaging:

All orders will be packaged in either paper padded envelopes or cardboard boxes containing tissue paper. Jewellery will arrive in a white organza bag.

Dispatch Times:

Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. This may be extended during busy periods.

Tracking Info:

Please note that there is no tracking available with standard shipping options. Tracking information will be sent with your dispatch email when you use a Next Day Guaranteed service.

International Shipping:

I am currently unable to accept International orders via the website. However, International customers can visit my Etsy Shop where I am continuing to ship Internationally.

Shipping Cost:

A range of shipping options are selectable at the checkout. The shipping fee includes both postage and packaging costs. The postage cost is reviewed regularly to ensure we can pass on the best price to you.
